Base Plate enables expansion of baggage capacity through the Pouch Attachment Ladder System, P.A.L.S. in short. This is webbing of 25 x 38 mm that enables suitable pouches to be added to a load-bearing platform such as a garment, backpack, or base plate. The Utility P.A.L.S.
